Speakefy is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Speakefy does not knowingly permit individuals under 18 years of age to register or access the platform. If we become aware that an account has been created by a person under 18, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate such account immediately.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities under their account. Speakefy reserves the right to suspend accounts for violations, misuse, or fraudulent activity.
Speakefy operates on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Payments are charged in advance for each billing cycle.
Speakefy may offer up to a seven (7) day free trial to new users at its discretion.
The free trial provides temporary access to selected platform features, including recorded courses and AI avatar sessions, without charge for the duration of the trial period.
By enrolling in a free trial, you agree to the following:
A valid payment method will be required at the time of registration.
You will not be charged until the free trial period expires.
Unless canceled prior to the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid monthly or annual plan.
The applicable subscription fee will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period.
You may cancel your free trial at any time before the expiration date through your account settings to avoid being charged. Free trials are limited to one per user and may not be combined with other promotional offers. Speakefy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the free trial offer at any time.
Payments made after a free trial converts into a paid subscription are subject to the standard Refund Policy and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not terminate access until the end of the current billing period.
All payments are non-refundable due to the immediate digital access provided upon subscription. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods. Refunds do not apply to renewal payments.
All platform content including recorded courses, AI scripts, branding, and materials are the exclusive property of Speakefy. Users may not copy, distribute, resell, or reproduce any content without written permission.
AI avatar sessions are automated educational tools and do not replace certified human instructors. Speakefy does not guarantee specific learning or career outcomes.
Speakefy is not liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunity, or technical interruptions beyond reasonable control.
